Agility

The Kinetic Canine is proud to announce that we are hosting agility classes run by Becky Saltwick, of Pawsitively Dogs.  Becky offers classes for complete rookies and seasoned competitors — day and night classes are available.

Agility has been described as an obstacle course for dogs.  Handlers direct their dogs over jumps, through tunnels and chutes, up climbing frames and through weave poles in a race against the clock.  The fastest dog who makes it through the course without knocking anything down or going off-course, wins!

Dogs of all breeds (mixed and purebred) and sizes can train and compete in agility.  It is one of the fastest growing dog sports in the country, mainly because it is just so much fun for both dog and handler.  If your dog needs a job and you’d like to get a little exercise, consider agility!
