Introducing Treibball

We are extremely excited to be offering classes in the new sport of Treibball!  Treibball is a sort of “suburban herding,” but instead of herding sheep, the dog drives large exercise balls into a pen or goal.

This sport is perfect for dogs who have a high chase drive, herding blood in them, or are active and in need of a job!  It is suitable for all sizes and breeds and can be practiced just about anywhere… not everyone can keep sheep in their backyard, but everyone can keep an exercise ball!

A new beginner class will be starting on Saturday, May 14th from 8:30-9:30am.  Class is 8 weeks long and costs $175.  For more information or to register, contact Elizabeth at 512-686-3050 or trainer@kinetic-canine.com

Flyball class now registering!

A new Introduction to Flyball class will be starting on Thursday, May 5th, 2011 at 7pm.

No experience necessary, as all skills will be taught from the beginning.  We will work on ball retrieval, jumping, box work, passing and handling.  Dogs should be dog at least 12 months of age, dog and people friendly, and be able to focus on their owner in a class setting.

The class is six weeks long, meets one hour once a week and costs $150.  For more information or to register, call 512-686-3050 or email Elizabeth at trainer@kinetic-canine.com
